Eligibility Requirements

- Both parties must not be UAE Nationals who are Muslims
- Both parties must consent to the marriage

- Neither party can be currently married to someone else
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Download and Complete the Marriage Application Form
Fill out the marriage application form with all required personal information for both parties, including:

Step 8: Select Civil Marriage
Choose “Civil Marriage” and then click on “Civil Marriage Request”
Step 9: Complete Both Forms
You’ll find two forms – one for the husband and one for the wife:
- Check the “Requester” option in the appropriate section (husband or wife)

Step 10: Upload Required Documents
In the lower section of the same page:
- Upload your completed marriage application form

- Click on “Response With New Suggested Date”

- In the comments section, specify your preferred time
